Easy Creamy Chicken with Corn Recipe







It's quick, tasty and sure to please.



Ingredients:

900g chicken leg
3tbsp butter
8cloves garlic
1 pc big onion
1 cup water
1 can 410g corn
1tsp Salt, 1tsp Pepper & 1tbsp Fish Sauce to taste
1 pack Cream of Chicken with Oats


How to Make it:

  1. Cook the cream of chicken according to instructions.
  2. Heat the pan, add butter.
  3. Saute garlic and onion.
  4. Add chicken, saute until golden brown.
  5. Add pepper and salt (adjust to taste)
  6. Stir. Add water. Simmer 5-7 minutes until the chicken cooked through.
  7. Add the cream of chicken.
  8. Cook until the cream mixture reduces slightly, and the chicken is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.  
  9. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
